$ 2,500 International Undergrad Degree Scholarships Offered by Toyota Motors – USA 2019

Belonging to the lowest socioeconomic class or below the poverty line is perhaps a challenge faced by all countries. Regardless of whether it is a highly developed or developing country, poverty has many faces. The economic gap increases each time a country takes a step towards being a highly developed country.

A conservative view suggests that a good college education is the key to ending poverty. However, the finances to support this solution turn out to be another challenge. Despite rigorous efforts to provide affordable college education and vocational courses available, competition plays another important role that aspiring workers must overcome. Some would become poorly paid despite their qualifications so they can provide something on the table. The fact of being overqualified in certain jobs would make vocational students have difficulty finding a job where their grades are executed.

Belonging to a minority of immigrants, such as Pacific Islanders or Asians, is another reason why enrolling for a university degree program is a challenge. These immigrants arrive in the United States at times as skilled workers. Like many skilled workers, your salary may not be enough to earn a bachelor’s degree under that salary. In this way, they resolve to finish only in high school or, if they are lucky, they obtain a vocational certificate. The cycle does not seem to end.

This challenge has never escaped the attention of the big industrial giants, especially those owned by Asians (such as Toyota). The American Scholarship Fund for Asia and the Pacific Islands (APIASF) is a scholarship plan that aims to provide scholarships and / or financial support to qualified students. The Toyota Giving Circle scholarship is the largest known scholarship awarded to a successful candidate with financial support of $ 2,500.
